Mantis – a revolutionary multifunctional roller banner with a patent-pending top rail design which gives exhibitors a two-in-one solution – has been launched by Ultima Displays, Europe’s leading one-stop solutions and hardware provider. As the newest addition to Ultima Displays’ Economy range, which offers modern, versatile and elegantly designed products to accommodate all budgets, Mantis is the first roller banner of its kind to incorporate a multifunctional top rail. Enabling the option of either a self-adhesive or snap rail, it provides the flexibility of two top-rail solutions in one unit making it both cost effective and space-saving.

“Mantis’ patent-pending top rail design pushes the boundaries of the basic banner to a new level, giving Ultima Displays’ trade partners the edge on their competitors,” said Andy Jakes, Product Manager at Ultima Displays. “There are many reasons why some customers choose a snap rail and others choose a self-adhesive rail; some medias work better with a snap rail but an adhesive rail tends to provide a nicer finish.

The premium-value, economically-priced banner is available in four widths – 600mm, 800mm, 850mm up to 1,000mm – to cover the varying needs of customers and has a three-part elastic bungee pole design to support graphics of up to 2,000mm high. A pole extension is available to support graphics up to a height of 2,000mm on the 600mm width banner to truly elevate any brand message.

The ‘Smartfix’ rail on the Mantis is aluminium with black ABS end caps, while the weighted base has twin, twist-out feet for added stability, along with plastic moulded ends. The Mantis comes complete with a padded nylon bag, making it easy to access and comfortable to carry.
