The International Consumer Goods Show is offering additional stand construction concepts for exhibitors for the unique event from 17 to 20 April 2021, which take into account current safety and hygiene requirements. These are all-inclusive packages on attractively designed areas - for the minimum stand size of 18m² or alternatively for 30, 60 or 90m². The basic package for the Consumer Goods Digital Days for even greater coverage is already included.

Booking the packages offers exhibitors several advantages: The Corona-compliant design meets current requirements for hygiene and spacing measures. In addition, the exhibitor does not have to worry about the stand construction and only has to equip the stand with his products, thus eliminating a great deal of transport and organizational effort. And a short term arrival and departure is possible. In the current pandemic situation, this simplifies trade fair planning. "With the all-inclusive package, exhibitors can plan their trade fair appearance with little effort, calculable costs and full security to get back in touch with buyers," says Nicolette Naumann, Vice President Ambiente, Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH.

The package price includes stand rental, stand construction, stand equipment, all necessary services and marketing activities. Each stand is also equipped with a protective hygiene screen made of acrylic glass for the counter and a table as well as a disinfectant dispenser on a platform. Furthermore, a pre-cleaning as well as the daily stand cleaning are included in the package. In addition to the services of the media package, the all-inclusive package also includes, for example, an unlimited number of free visitor vouchers which the exhibitor can pass on to his customers.

The basic package for the Consumer Goods Digital Days is also included in the all-inclusive package. The new digital formats allow exhibitors to be present online and reach even those customers who will not be able to come in person in 2021. "The International Consumer Goods Show 2021 thus offers the best of both worlds: In addition to the event on the Frankfurt exhibition grounds, exhibitors will benefit from new digital offerings that enable networking of all participants and ensure maximum reach," says Julia Uherek, Group Show Director Consumer Goods, Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH. Exhibitors can present themselves and their products online, using digital features such as live streaming, AI-based matchmaking and a chat function. All of this creates opportunities in the virtual space to generate leads, get in direct contact with customers and significantly increase the reach of the company's presence.

In addition, exhibitors will receive a voucher for the 2021 annual fee for the Nextrade order and data management platform. Via Nextrade, buyers can order directly from top brand suppliers - with no need for intermediaries or wholesalers. But instead with individual conditions and lots of product information. Exhibitors are present worldwide 24/7 via Nextrade and can update price changes or marketing materials in real time.

For individual stand construction solutions, Messe Frankfurt Fairconstruction offers its own booth design services. Together with the exhibitor, the colleagues plan, design, conceive and realize the preferred stand, which offers various equipment options according to a Corona-compliant concept. The stand construction costs are transparent and can be calculated in advance. The International Consumer Goods Show and the Consumer Goods Digital Days will take place in Frankfurt am Main from April 17 - 20, 2021.
